ATTIC ROOM
The peculiarities of these apartments located in the attic floor of the structure are certainly the space, the brightness and the particular soundproofing of the rooms. They are located on the fifth floor, connected by a staircase with easy access*.
The rooms are minimal but modern, with open wardrobes, armchairs and comfortable desks, they all have two internal areas consisting of a sleeping area and a living area, ideal for two to four people and a private bathroom with Italian showers.
Some of these attics offer a special view of Sanremo thanks to the lovely windows that overlook the sea and make the spaces very bright.
It is possible to request, subject to availability, the view you prefer: sea or garden.
